You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. If false or misleading information is provided, f899 reserves the right to close the account without notice. If any of your details change, update your profile as soon as possible or inform the support team.
2.4 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify f899's support team immediately. f899 is not liable for any loss resulting from a failure to secure your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on f899 are handled securely and transparently.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
f899 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds sent through any method not on this list will not be accepted and the related transaction will be considered void.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The following limits apply to each payment method:
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (for each method)
3.3 Transaction Verification
For security purposes, f899 may request identity verification or additional information for any transaction. If the required information is not provided in time, the transaction may be put on hold. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, f899 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on f899 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, a conversion fee may apply, for which f899 is not responsible. The payment provider's own terms and conditions may also apply.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Please read these terms fully before claiming any bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
Example: a ৳1,500 bonus means wagering = ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Winnings earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.
4.3 Bonus Term Violations
Any of the following actions will be considered a bonus term violation and may result in the bonus being forfeited:
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to place risk-free bets using a bonus (bonus abuse or arbitrage).
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting the promotional offer's terms.
- Claiming a bonus by providing false information.
4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions
f899 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time. If the terms of an ongoing promotion change, the site will be updated accordingly.
